Find the right label size

Measure the space.
Then make it yours.

A jar's volume does not tell you its label size. Two 8 oz jars can have different usable label areas. Measure the actual container you will use.

  1. Choose the placement

Use the smooth area of the container. Keep the label clear of raised seams, sharp curves, shoulders, and the base.

  2. Check width and height

For a front label, measure the space you want to cover. For a wraparound label, measure around the container with a paper strip and plan the gap or overlap.

  3. Try a paper template

Cut paper to your proposed dimensions and hold it on the container. Check the proportions, edges, and space for readable product information.

Tapered bottle or unusual surface?

A label that fits on paper may behave differently on a curve. Send a container photo and measurements so Carrco can help you plan the shape and application.

Materials, finish & delivery format

Good looks.
The right construction.

The right label depends on the surface, what it will face, and how you will apply it. Start with these three details.

01

Your container

Glass, plastic, metal, paper, and textured packaging can need different label constructions. Share the exact surface and whether it flexes or curves.

02

Your product's day

Think about condensation, refrigeration, oils, handling, and display conditions. Confirm the material and adhesive for the actual use, especially cold, heat, or immersion.

03

Your application

Tell Carrco whether you label by hand or with equipment. For rolls, confirm the core, winding direction, gap, and maximum roll size your applicator accepts.

Product labels

Designed around a package: your brand, product name, variants, instructions, and product information. Container fit and application matter as much as the artwork.

Promotional stickers

Designed to be handed out, included in orders, or used by your customers. A similar shape does not automatically mean the same material, adhesive, or delivery format.

Have a finish or material in mind? Tell us the look and use you need. Carrco will help confirm the available options for your order.

Whether you build an individual-sticker order online or arrange a label run with Carrco, check the details that matter: dimensions, spelling, placement, and the artwork you want printed.

    Build your order

Choose your format, shape, dimensions, and quantity. Build individual stickers online or confirm a label quote with Carrco.

  2. 2

    Upload your artwork

Use your original, highest-quality file. The builder accepts PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, and PDF.

  3. 3

    Review your proof

Check the size, layout, spelling, product details, and cut shape. Confirm changes before approving production.

  4. 4

    Keep the details

Save your order number and approved artwork so your next batch is easier to organize.

Before you upload

  • Keep important text and barcodes away from the trim edge.
  • Include all the product information you want printed.
  • Use the best original file you have, rather than a screenshot.
  • Make sure you own the artwork or have permission to print it.

Choosing & ordering

How much do custom product labels cost?

Pricing depends on the dimensions, quantity, material, and delivery format. The online builder shows pricing for individual stickers. For rolls, specialty materials, or equipment requirements, request a product label quote with your specifications.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For individual stickers, use the quantities shown in the online builder. For product label runs, confirm the quantity and format in your quote. Available quantities can differ by product and production method. If you need a sample run or a quantity that is not listed, contact Carrco before ordering.

Can I choose my own label dimensions?

Yes. Enter your requested width and height in the individual-sticker builder, or include your dimensions in a product label quote request. Some large or unusual sizes need a confirmed quote. For the best fit, measure the actual container and test a paper template first.

Can I order labels on rolls?

Request a roll-label quote with your container, label dimensions, quantity, and application method. If you use an applicator, include its model, core size, winding direction, label gap, and maximum roll diameter so Carrco can confirm the specifications before ordering.

Are these suitable for refrigerators, water, or heat?

Suitability depends on the material, adhesive, surface, application conditions, and exposure. Tell Carrco about condensation, refrigeration, freezing, heat, oils, chemicals, or immersion so the construction can be confirmed for your use. Test the actual label and container before a large run.

Can I have multiple designs, flavors, or scents?

Yes, you can plan labels for a range of products. Treat each artwork and size combination as a separate specification and share the quantity needed for each one. Ask Carrco how to organize the order and confirm the pricing across designs.

Will a wraparound label fit my jar or bottle?

Measure the usable height and circumference of your actual container, then decide whether the ends should leave a gap or overlap. Tapered containers may need a different shape. Send a photo and measurements if you are unsure.

Artwork, delivery & repeat orders

Which artwork files can I upload?

The individual-sticker builder accepts PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, and PDF. Send the original, highest-quality version you have. If the file needs preparation or you are unsure about small text, ask Carrco before ordering.

Do I approve a proof before printing?

Yes. Review the digital proof and confirm the artwork and dimensions before production. Check every word, product variation, barcode placement, and cut shape. A screen proof shows the layout; it is not a physical test of adhesion, finish, or barcode scanning.

Can I print barcodes, QR codes, or small text?

Include them in your artwork and make them readable at the finished label size. Keep clear space around codes and test a printed sample with the devices or scanners you expect customers to use before committing to a large run.

Can you help with ingredients and required product information?

Carrco can help with print layout and readability. Supply the final wording and information required for your product and where you sell it, including any ingredients, warnings, or other required details. Proof approval confirms your print artwork; it does not certify regulatory compliance.

How long will production and shipping take?

Timing depends on the order, artwork approval, production requirements, and destination. Shipping options and prices appear at checkout. For a launch or event, send your required arrival date before ordering so Carrco can confirm a workable schedule.

How do I get tracking or help with my delivery?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation when your order ships. If you have not received it or need help with a shipment, contact Carrco with your order number. For orders fulfilled in more than one shipment, check the confirmation for each package.

How do I reorder or update an existing label?

Send your previous order number, the new quantity, and any artwork or size changes. If your container, material, or application has changed, include that too. Carrco will help confirm the next order. Get reorder help.
