Choose the label area before deciding on the artwork size. A jar’s side, lid and base are three separate surfaces.
A candle’s fill size does not determine label fit or heat exposure. Include vessel details and placement when requesting material guidance.
- Measure the smooth side panel without crossing the shoulder, base curve or textured decoration.
- Measure lids and bases inside their rims; check whether the surface is flat or recessed.
- Apply a paper mockup to the exact vessel and review its appearance, handling and position with your candle testing plan.

What size label fits my candle jar?
Measure the smooth area of your actual vessel. For a lid or base label, measure inside the rim. Make a paper mockup rather than selecting a size from the jar’s fill weight alone.
Are these candle labels heat resistant?
Carrco needs to confirm the construction for your exact vessel, position and use conditions. A material name alone does not establish candle heat performance. Include the label in your finished-product testing before a large run.
Can I print a separate care or warning label?
Prepare the final reviewed copy as its own artwork file with a specified shape and size. Carrco can discuss the print layout; the content and finished candle safety remain part of your product review.
Does a printed warning label make my candle compliant?
A printed label does not establish product compliance. Refer to CPSC’s candle business guidance and your product reviewer for the requirements and standards that apply to your candle and its labeling.
How do I make several scents look like one collection?
Keep the brand position, type style and main dimensions consistent, then vary the scent name and a small color or illustration detail. Supply a final file and quantity for every scent.
Can I reorder a scent without reprinting the whole collection?
Send the earlier order number, the specific scent artwork and the quantity you need. Carrco will confirm the repeat order and any updated pricing or production details.
