How to Order

Ordering from Carrco Labels is simple. Here's exactly how it works from start to finish.

Step 1 — Choose Your Shape

Pick from contour-cut, circle, rectangle, square, or oval. Not sure? Contour-cut is the most popular — we die-cut your sticker to the exact outline of your design.

Step 2 — Pick Your Size and Quantity

Select your dimensions and how many you need. Pricing updates automatically. Bulk discounts kick in at 10, 25, 50, and 100+ units.

Step 3 — Upload Your Artwork

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. For the sharpest print:

  • 300 DPI at print size
  • PNG with transparent background for contour-cut stickers
  • CMYK color mode if possible (RGB accepted)

Step 4 — We Print, You Receive

We review your file, print on waterproof BOPP, and ship to your door. Typical turnaround is 3-5 business days. Need it faster? Contact us about rush orders.

File Requirements

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at print size (150 DPI minimum)
  • Color: CMYK preferred, RGB accepted
  • Bleed: 0.125" on all sides for non-contour designs
