001 / ORDERING & TURNAROUND

Ordering.

How fast will I get my stickers?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval to your doorstep. Everything prints and ships from our facility in St. Petersburg, Florida — no overseas middlemen, no mystery delays.
What is the minimum order?
Twenty-five stickers. Whether you need 25 or 10,000, the material, print quality, and cut precision are identical — volume just improves your per-unit price.
Can I order multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Each design is its own line item with its own size and quantity. Add as many as you like to a single cart.
How does pricing work?
Pricing scales with total printed area and quantity — bigger runs, better per-unit rates. Every product page shows live pricing as you enter dimensions and quantity. No quote forms, no waiting.
Do you offer proofs?
Every uploaded file is reviewed by a real person before production. If anything looks off — low resolution, missing bleed, thin cut lines — we contact you before printing, not after.
002 / ARTWORK & FILES

Artwork.

What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI. Vector files (PDF/AI) are ideal for logos and text. PNGs with transparent backgrounds are perfect for contour-cut stickers. Full details in the Printing Guide.
What resolution does my file need?
300 DPI at the final print size. A 3″ sticker needs roughly 900×900 pixels. If your art looks crisp zoomed to 200% on screen, it will print clean.
I don’t have a designer. Can you help?
Send us what you have — a sketch, an old logo, a photo — via custom orders and we will tell you exactly what we need to make it print-ready.
How do contour-cut shapes work?
Upload a PNG with a transparent background and we generate a cut path that follows your artwork automatically. You can also supply your own cut line as a spot color in a vector file.
003 / MATERIALS & DURABILITY

Materials.

What are your stickers made of?
Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) — the film national brands use for product labels. 100% waterproof, UV-resistant, tear-proof. Not paper, not bargain vinyl. Full spec sheet here.
Are they really dishwasher safe?
Yes — top rack. BOPP and our adhesive shrug off water, detergent, and heat cycles. Give new stickers 48 hours to cure before their first wash.
How long do they last outdoors?
5+ years outdoors in direct sun, rain, and salt air. We print in Florida — our stickers survive Florida.
Matte or gloss — which should I pick?
Gloss makes color pop and looks wet-shiny. Matte kills glare and feels premium in hand. Durability is identical, so it is purely aesthetic. When in doubt: gloss for vivid art, matte for minimalist designs.
Will they damage my car paint or laptop?
No. The adhesive holds hard but removes clean: warm with a hair dryer, peel slow at an angle, and any residue wipes off with isopropyl alcohol. Full walkthrough in Tips & Tricks.
