How to Choose a Sticker Printing Company: 7 Questions That Separate the Best From the Rest

How to Choose a Sticker Printing Company: 7 Questions That Separate the Best From the Rest

Every sticker website looks the same: upload box, instant price, glowing reviews. Underneath, the industry splits into actual printers and marketing sites reselling someone else's press time. These seven questions expose the difference.

1. What material is this, exactly?

The best label and sticker printers name the film: BOPP, vinyl, polyester. If the answer is "premium waterproof stock," that's marketing, not a spec. (Ours: waterproof BOPP, matte or gloss.)

2. Does a human check my file?

Automated preflight misses low-res logos and missing bleed. A printer who checks files by hand catches the problem before it's 1,000 misprinted stickers.

3. Where is it printed?

"Where's your facility?" is a one-question lie detector. Every Carrco order prints in St. Petersburg, Florida — ask us anything about the press.

4. What's the real turnaround?

Look for a committed window (ours: 3–5 business days), not "most orders ship fast."

5. What's the minimum — and the penalty for small runs?

Small minimums with honest pricing (25 units here) beat "500 free stickers" funnels with shipping games.

6. Will my reorder match?

Digital printing on the same press with the same profile means run-to-run color consistency. Marketplaces that route jobs to whoever's cheapest that week can't promise that.

7. Can I talk to the printer?

Call (800) 889-5187 and someone who has actually run the press picks up. That's the whole test.
